10 years ago I co-wrote, performed, sound designed and produced a series of radio shows for Resonance 104.4FM: The Technicians of The Museum of Techno.
The Technicians, Joseph Cornwell and Dave Brady, are deadbeats working at London’s fictitious Museum of Techno – home to Sir Jame’s Soame’s collection of Booming Kick Drums and a selection of steam-powered drum machines.
I made the show – splitting pretty much every aspect of its production – with drummer and electronic musician Joe Kelly. The show was a chance to interview people working with electronic sound, and go nuts with sound design.
